A girl was injured in the village of Maara al-Sin of the city of Kafranbel south Idlib on Friday as a result of the clashes between the "Jabhat Tahrir Syria-JTS" and "Hayyet Tahrir al-Sham-HTS", while the "Turkistan Islamic Party" threatened to participate in the fighting alongside HTS if the attacks continue, according to its expression.

Local activists said that the clashes between the two sides expanded in Idlib southern countryside to reach the villages of Aabdin, Mara'yan, and al-Fatira, after Jabhat Tahrir Syrian took control of cities, towns, and villages in the countryside of Aleppo, Idlib, and Hama on Wednesday amid continued fighting between the two sides.

Meanwhile, the Turkistan Islamic Party issued a statement denying its participation in the fighting between the two sides, declaring its rejection of what it described as "attacks on Hayyet Tahrir al-Sham" saying that he would not stand idly by if the attack continued.

On the other hand, Jabhat Tahrir Syria issued a statement promising to fight the "Turkistan Islamic Party" if it supported the HTS in the fighting and accused the party of adopting HTS sayings, requiring them to be neutral as other foreign fighters who decided to fight against regime forces.

HTS refused to approve a proposal by a group of clerics to stop the fighting. They were Musleh al-Olyani, Abdul Razzaq al-Mahdi, Abdullah al-Muhaysni and Abu Muhammad al-Sadiq, who ordered the cessation of fighting and submission to a Sharia court, while al-Zenki agreed.

In addition to the military tension between the two sides, they began a campaign of media escalation against each other, represented by statements from sharia men of both sides and fake statements or accounts promoted by each side against the other, including news on the control of areas or shelling or factions defecting of the two formations.
