The deputy commander of Russian forces in Syria General Alexei Kim announced the formation of “reconciliation committee” in Efrin city in Aleppo northern countryside, saying this was initiated by the Russian center for reconciliation in Syria.

Russian agency Interfax quoted Gen. Kim saying the reconciliation committee in Efrin was formed at the end of August saying the participation of the committee’s members in the meeting will help to activate the work on bringing back peace to Efrin.

Kim added; the areas in critical need will be decided in addition to the critical medical aid it need, schools were also checked in Efrin rea and there is need to rebuild 25 schools and repair another 18, while 18 villages in the area need infrastructure completely and now we are planning for humanitarian operation in 3 towns and in September the committee will distribute 200 school bag with stationary needed”

Reconciliation with Assad regime started in YPG-held Manbij in Aleppo eastern countryside then stopped but resumed lately and it canceled wanted warranties by Assad regime security branches for locals.
