Civilian casualties in ISIS bombardment on displacement gathering and SDF refuse to hospitalize wounded

4 civilians killed and 5 injured on Sunday in ISIS artillery attack on displacement gathering south Mazraat Tishreen village in Raqqa northern countryside.
NSOP reporter said 2 women,a kid and a man were killed and 5 women and kids injured in ISIS artillery targeted civilians gathering south Mazraat Tishreen village.
Reporter added SDF soldiers refused hospitalize wounded civilians to hospitals in its areas for “lack of sponsors”which forced civilians to treat them in primitive way.
This comes after tens thousands civilians in Raqqa northern countryside roaming the area after they ran from ISIS while SDF banned them from entering its held areas without local sponsors and no enough camps to host them with the absolute absence of aid organizations.
